What You’ll Do:
As a Bank Teller, you’ll be the friendly face that greets customers and helps them with their everyday banking needs. You’ll provide efficient, accurate, and professional service while handling a variety of transactions. Day-to-day responsibilities include:
  • Greet customers and assist with deposits, withdrawals, payments, and account inquiries.
  • Accurately process cash and check transactions while adhering to bank policies and procedures.
  • Maintain a balanced cash drawer and follow proper cash-handling protocols.
  • Answer questions about products and services, helping customers find the right banking solutions.
  • Identify opportunities to refer customers to other bank services or departments.
  • Provide excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.
  • Assist with operational tasks, such as balancing the vault, processing night deposits, and preparing reports as needed.
What You’ll Bring:

  • Direct experience using Jack Henry core banking system (required).
  • Great communication skills and a passion for helping people.
  • Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy.

  • The ability to stay organized and multitask in a customer-facing environment.
  • Basic math skills and comfort handling cash and financial transactions.
  • Reliability and professionalism in attendance, punctuality, and overall conduct.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Previous experience working in a financial institution with regular use of Jack Henry core systems.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous cash handling or customer service experience, preferably in a retail or banking environment.
  • Basic knowledge of banking products and services.
  • Comfort using computers and banking systems.
  • Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus but not required.
